Flood Help

I need help with making a custom game type with flood.
I'm trying to give the flood holograms while giving the survivors something different
i have tryed a couple different methods but to no avail.
Can someone please help me?!

I'm too sure if this is possible in Halo 4's restricted custom game options, however I will try to do it.

You can give the flood starting equipment, however it gives the same one to the humans, so put aa's at their spawn or something. If you put jetpacks you could make it so they have to use it to get out.
