Halo McFarlane Halo Figures

Just wondering how many people collect or are at least aware of their existence for comment. Post what you've got, what you want, or what you think is missing.

i think they are crap compared to mcfarlane's earlier figures.
they lack detail and they lack artistic vision.

take a look at mcfarlane's earlier work with the Spawn figures. they're practically statues, and they are super detailed, GORGEOUS. and for the same damn price.

I think they sacrifice some detail for more articulation (which you can easily argue is still not much) as well as accuracy to the game models. Just look at the low-poly count Halo CE Master Chief. It looked just like the game, but as a figure it was pretty much garbage.

yeah... i guess since i dont actually play with toys anymore, i just put them on my shelf... so i dont really care about articulation.

I think in addition to kids who play with and break them, people do some machinima. Like the Arby n the Chief series. I think those may have been Joyride figures, but either way it's some funny stuff.
