Restricted Base Capture?

Is there a way to restrict what bases a team can capture?

A--B--C--D--E

Teams own A and E and can capture next base because they own the one next to it. Then C becomes the main battle.

This would prevent the team on the right from capturing A until the own B--C--D--E

I dont think so, though that would be awesome for tf2 styled king of the hill

tf2 styled king of the hill is more like just having a singular cap point that once it belongs to your team you can hold it from anywere
